These Apprenticeship Scheme(s) require the Providers to teach, support, assess and award to an agreed curriculum. The Providers shall deliver apprenticeship standards in order to grow the talent of the UK media industry and support future skillset needs across the BBC. In addition the BBC will also require successful applicants to offer additional non-apprenticeship Continuous Professional Development Training for BBC staff for all lots apart from Lot 1. CPD Pathways will offer short, structured and accredited courses derived from the certificate, diploma and degree elements of the apprenticeship. User-elected CPD provides individual classes or modules from the curriculum and allows BBC staff and their managers the freedom to complete modules as and when required.
