Contract Description:
The United States Coast Guard (USCG) intends to sole source the purchase of a Spectrum Guard and Resource Manager from CTL-SystemWare, Inc. This purchase is to support the USCG Investigative Service with the tools they need to effectively counter the threats of maritime security and potential acts of terror. Based on this, the USCG is using this notice to perform three actions:
1. Notify the public of the USCGтАЩs intent to sole source
2. Post the sole source justification
3. Synopsize the requirement
This is a simplified acquisition estimated to be under $250,000. As a result of this notice, a separate award notice shall not be made. This notice constitutes all of the USCGтАЩs public notice requirements.
