Contract Description:
Work will consist of demolishing existing stairs and constructing new stairs, demolishing interior door systems and replacing with new fire rated or blast and fire rated door systems, demolish existing fan coil unit duct work and diffusers in corridor and provide new cooling only fan coil units, installing new fan coil unit heaters, modifying existing facility to accommodate work, including ceilings, walls, lighting and signage, and to modify existing site to comply with Anti-Terrorism Force Protection requirements and restore surfaces to match existing surfaces at Mountain Home AFB, ID. All work shall be in strict compliance with the specifications of the contract and specifications and drawings.
This acquisition will be a Women Owned Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 236220 with a size standard of $36.5M. The contract will be a single award, Firm-Fixed-Price contract. Period of performance will be 180 calendar days. The project magnitude of this requirement is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00.
