Strengthen the PPP technical capacity of officials from contracting authorities from both the County and National Government level, to (i) better understand the requirements of the development and implementation of a PPP; (ii) generate a pipeline of viable and bankable PPP projects that are commercially attractive to the private sector and sustainable for the public sector; (iii) to sensitize government officials on how to identify and manage climate risks in infrastructure PPP projects; and (iv) provide an understanding of the importance of establishing effective climate risk management frameworks for infrastructure PPP projects
