This Request for Information (RFI) is part of market research. It is issued for information and planning purposes only and does not constitute an official solicitation. No task order will be awarded on the basis of responses received. Any subsequent solicitations will be released at a later date.

The USCG Investigative Service (CGIS) utilizes the online, Field Activity Case Tracking System (FACTS) that provides full capability for storing/sharing law enforcement investigative information including physical security, anti-terrorism/force protection (AT/FP), protective security information and case data across the enterprise. The CG Civil Rights Directorate (CRD) maintains its Anti-Hate and Harassment Incident (AHHI) case file information within the same information system utilizing logical file access and authorization security. The system supports performance metrics analysis within CGIS and CRD operations and other Coast Guard missions.
As detailed in the attached Statement of Work (SOW), USCG has a requirement to obtain ongoing software maintenance, system sustainment, and system refinement support services for the system licenses associated with both the CGIS and CRD system functionality. The USCG is seeking responses that demonstrate a firm’s ability to meet all SOW requirements.
