General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space:

30 secured and structured/covered
Build to Suit will be considered, but the site must be zoned or able to be zoned for use. Incompatible adjacencies include, but are not limited to, residential areas, schools, daycare, churches, medical facilities, etc.
The Government shall have access to the space 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year.
Government prefers to be the sole tenant; all “on-site” required secured parking for official law enforcement vehicles is included; 20 foot setback from building to all sidewalks, access streets, parking lots, adjoining streets; a fence meeting the Government specifications is included at lessor/owner expense; and blast film is provided at owners expense if the Government determines blast film is required based on risk/vulnerability assessment of the property.
Risk/vulnerability assessment of the location and/or building will be on a case by case basis.
Contiguous space on a single floor is required. The Government shall have the right to relocate exterior penetrations for security concerns
Secured and structured/covered on-site parking is required. Interior/covered parking must have a 12′ height clearance and exterior parking must be able to be secured with fencing and access control devices.
Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space/property shall not be in the 100-year flood plain.
Interested Respondents should include Property Owners, or if a Broker, please include the Exclusivity Agreement/Representation Letter/ or Listing Contract granting the exclusive right to represent the property by the Property Owner, in your expression of interest.
*ABOA square feet does not include such areas as stairs, elevators, mechanical and utility rooms, ducts, shafts, vestibules and public corridors, and public toilets required by local code.
RESPONDENTS ARE ADVISED THAT GSA ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY TO SOLICIT OR AWARD A LEASE BASED UPON RESPONSES TO THIS ADVERTISEMENT. Action: For FBO postings, delete “offers due;” for procurement summary, keep “offers due” and delete “(estimated)” from dates.
Expressions of Interest Submission Requirements:
This is not an invitation for bids or a request for proposals.
Expressions of interest MUST be submitted in writing and, at a minimum, include the information cited herein. Expressions of interest are welcome only from property owners and/or their authorized representatives. Expressions submitted by anyone other than the owner should include a copy of an agreement authorizing representation.
Responses omitting the items below may not be considered:
1. Address of proposed property.
2. Name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address of authorized contact.
3. Name and contact information of the property ownership’s legal entity.
4. Map showing the proposed site clearly identified as being within the delineated area as specified in this ad.
Written acknowledgement is required from the owner or the owner’s agents where an agent represents multiple ownership entities.
