Contract Description:
The 144FW Fresno Air National Guard Base is seeking lodging for drill performance for the months of September thru December. Approximately 160 room nights will be needed per month on Friday and Saturday during drill weekend. The solicitation named Drill Lodging Sep to Dec is 100% set aside for small business IAW FAR 19.502-2(a). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 721110 and the size standard is $32.5M. All firms responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM). All responsive offerors will be considered by the agency. The entire solicitation will be made available on the Federal Business Opportunities Web Site at on or about 30 August 2019. Paper copies will not be available. You may download the solicitation and e-mail your quote in. It is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. 1. A property must have a vulnerability assessment by 144 FW Sustainment Office per Air Force Instruction with commander approval meeting Fire, Public Health, Safety, and Security requirements. Properties without vulnerability assessments may contact the 144FW for a preliminary assessment, complete vulnerability assessment should be accomplished prior to utilizing the property. Contact the referenced contracting representative to request the assessment inspection.
2. The use of 3 lodging facilities is required to provide lodging flexibility. If 3 locations can not satisfy the desired capacity an additional location shall be utilized until capacity is reached. One single vendor will not be awarded all rooms and rooms will be distributed among qualified lodging establishments. Hotels will be selected that meet performance specifications, distance from the base, room rate, and offered capacity.
3. Only hotel representative offers will be considered for award. Third party contractors anticipating to sub-contract lodging will not be considered for award.
