Contract Description:
The Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD) Vulnerability Assessment Branch Code 665 requires weapons effects engineering and computer development support for the enhancement and maintenance of the Advanced Survivability Assessment Program (ASAP). NSWCCD intends on awarding a sole source Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) contract to SURVICE Engineering Company, 4695 Millennium Drive, Belcamp, MD. The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, “Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.”
