The Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD) Vulnerability Assessment Branch Code 665 requires weapons effects engineering and computer development support for the enhancement and maintenance of the Advanced Survivability Assessment Program (ASAP). NSWCCD intends on awarding a sole source Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) contract to SURVICE Engineering Company, 4695 Millennium Drive, Belcamp, MD.
