Contract Description:
The 119th Wing, North Dakota Air National Guard has a requirement for NCIC Services for a 1 year period. The service required is a terminal connection to access to the National Crime Information Center (NCIC)/National Law Enforcement Telecommunications System (NLETS) database. Connection to the NCIC/NLETS database enables Security Forces and other Anti-Terrorism personnel to vet contractors, base visitors and suspicious vehicles for the purpose of Installation defense. The terminal requiring connectivity is located on the grounds of the 119th Wing and the period of service required is one (1) year.
Period of performance shall be 2 Jan 2018 through 1 Jan 2019. This notice and the attached J&A serves as a “Notice of Intent” to award this requirement to ND State Radio for NCIC services for a 1 year Period of Performance.
