Contract Description:
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 and subpart 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number HSCG84-17-Q-AA5544 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-95 effective January 19, 2017.
The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 722310. The small business size standard is $38.5M. This solicitation is issued as a 100% Economically Disadvantaged Women-Owned Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible small business sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
It is anticipated that one (1) firm-fixed price contract consisting of one (1) one-year base period and, if exercised, four (4) one-year option periods will be awarded as a result of this synopsis/solicitation. The total duration of this contract shall not exceed five (5) years (60 months). Offerors that have this capability are invited to submit quotations in accordance with the requirements stipulated in this solicitation.

SITE VISIT is scheduled for 26 JULY 2017 at 10:00AM at TRACEN Yorktown. Each individual attending the site visit shall submit the information as required per Attachment 3, Performance Work Statement (PWS), Page 13 of 26 (Section 4.1.3) to the Anti-Terrorism/Force Protection Officer, Mr. Terry Ellis via e-mail at Terry.L.Ellis@uscg.mil no later than 12:00 pm (noon) 24 JULY 2017.
Questions, if any, will only be accepted in writing until 4:30 PM EST on 27 July 2017. Telephone questions will not be accepted. Answers to questions will be made accessible to all potential quoters via www.fbo.gov.
