Contract Description:
The AFTC Installation Contracting Division/PZIOAD, Eglin AFB FL, intends to award a sole source firm-fixed price contract for JaneтАЩs Online Database for the F-35 PSC/EWD IAW 13.106-1(b)(2) to HIS Global, Inc., 15 Inverness Way E, Englewood, CO, 80112-5710.
This requirement is for one base year + 2 option years:
CLIN 0001: JaneтАЩs Defense Equipment and Technology Intelligence Center (JDET)
and JaneтАЩs Military Security Assessments Intelligence Center (JMSA) Online Databases
The desired delivery date is 90 days ADC on a FOB Destination basis. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this acquisition is 519130, large business size standard: 1,000.
THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS OR QUOTATIONS. No solicitation package will be issued. Requests for copies of a solicitation in response to this notice will not be honored or acknowledged. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether conducting a competitive procurement in the future is in the best interest of the Government. All information submitted should support the offerorтАЩs capability to provide the items/services required, and shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. Responses must be in writing and must provide clear and concise documentation indicating an offerorтАЩs capability to provide these items/services. Verbal responses are not acceptable and will not be considered. Response and questions shall be submitted electronically to 2d Lt Yesenia Manzur at yesenia.manzur.1@us.af.mil or the Contracting Officer, David P. Jesmain at david.jesmain.1@us.af.mil no later than 3 January 2019, 9:00 am Central time.
