The present study aims to develop a deeper understanding of climate change risks, and identification of suitable adaptation options for selected coastal sites in Benin, Mauritania, Senegal, and Togo, including pre-feasibility studies for the options. The consultancy will be within the scope of the West Africa Coastal Areas Program (WACA, ) and will support the preparation of a regional project financing proposal to the Green Climate Fund (GCF).
