Description: Manchester City Council are looking for a professional Security Services Provider (or providers) to support the Authority in delivering The тАЬOur ManchesterтАЭ Strategy, specifically in ensuring that those who live and work within the City and those who visit here, are kept and feel safe at all times.
A detailed breakdown of the individual lots is detailed in the Request to Participate document and further information can be found in the Specification within the Invitation to Tender document. The contract is to include the following activities:
тАв Provision of staff for mobile patrols
тАв Keyholding and alarm response duties
тАв Investigation and verification of alarms including fire
тАв Open / close / lock/ unlock activities at a range of locations
тАв Critical location guarding and access control
тАв Asset Protection guarding and access control
тАв Temporary Asset protection
тАв Control Room staffing and CCTV monitoring
тАв Car Park monitoring and control
тАв First Aid support
тАв Emergency and Evacuation duties
тАв Incident reporting and design / maintenance of Assignment Instructions
тАв Conducting Security Risk Assessments of all locations
тАв Provision of a uniformed security service in compliance with legal and statutory constraints
тАв Supply of ad hoc and emergency uniformed security personnel
тАв Regular deployment of General-Purpose Dogs with trained handlers
