Object of the contract
The consequences of undisputed climate change have a wide impact on the individual fields of action. In a paradigm shift from resisting and adapting to the consequences of climate change, the environmental and climatic potentials of a property and its buildings must be identified. In a methodologically integrated approach and a modular structure, the example of a sample property should be presented as a whole system of climate-adapted construction (KLIBAU). For these modules, the essential constructional design guidelines and examples are to be presented which each support the desired effects of the climatic potentials. In addition, a first economic approach to cost-benefit and impact is to be made. In the following, the first approaches to an тАЬenvironmental performanceтАЭ balance in the life cycle related to climate risk as well as construction and maintenance costs are to be discussed.
