Customer Survey Results 2010
As part of our ongoing commitment to the continual improvement of the overall DCI service offering, we regularly conduct DCI Customer Survey feedback questionnaires in order to fully understand what our customers think of the service. Customer feedback is of great importance to DCI and will help us ensure that we are meeting and exceeding customer expectations.

DCI Daily Email Alert
95% of customers find the format of their Daily Email Alert easy to use and understand.
DCI Communications
88% of DCI customers stated that they are very happy with the DCI communications that they receive.
DCI Account Management Support
73% of DCI customers stated that the quality of the account management support they received during their one-month free trial was either Good or Very Good.
DCI Helpdesk
74% of respondents who contacted the DCI Helpdesk stated that the level of service they received was Good or Very Good.
