Customer Survey Results

As part of our ongoing commitment to continually improve the overall DCI product and service offering, we regularly conduct DCI Customer Survey feedback questionnaires in order to fully understand what our customers think of the service. Customer feedback is of great importance to DCI and will help us to ensure we are meeting and exceeding customer expectations.

Customer Survey January 2010

Customer Service is of paramount importance to DCI. As a result, we recently undertook an extensive Customer Service Perception Survey in order to gain a better understanding of customer perceptions of the DCI service and of the quality and relevance of the DCI communications they have received to date.

We received invaluable feedback from our customers which will help us to improve on the overall product and service offering.

88% of DCI customers stated that they are very happy with the DCI Communications that they receive

DCI Account Management Support

73%of DCI customers stated that the quality of account management support they received during their one-month free trial was either Good or Very Good
